Description
The beach of convento is situated in the municipality of Casamicciola Terme in front of the Passionist convent, from which dereives its name.Small beach of fine sand and shallow floors, suitable for families and children. Being so small, the free area is very limited. There are bathing establishments.
Reachable through 50 steps, it's very popular thanks to its best postion in front of the cliff that forms the bay around.
How to reach the beach
The beach of Convento is on the main street through the municipality of Casamicciola Terme, just a short walk from the town centre. It's easly reachable by bus and car. The bus stop lines 1 – 2 - 3 – CD – CS is adjoining the beach.If you prefer to move by car, along the beach there is a public parking, 300 m from the beach.
